- 60mm (2 3/8”): The "Elite" diameter. This size pushes your hand into a more open position, specifically targeting the deep flexors and maximizing tension across the palm.
Why Hand-Sledges? The shorter handle of a mini-sledge offers a more manageable weight and size. Slide the hammer up the handle to find your "sweet spot" and micro-load your progress. We recommend starting with a 4lb Drilling Hammer and go from there (easily found at discount hardware stores).
