Shipping policy
When it ships
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. If production is running behind, we'll say so on the site.
United States
Free shipping on US orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship with UPS or USPS, whichever gets it to you faster.
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and these European countries: Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. If your country isn't listed, checkout won't offer shipping to it. At checkout you'll see two options:
- International Standard: the lower-cost option. Fully tracked. Usually arrives in 7–21 days to Canada and the UK, 10–28 days to Europe, and 14–28 days to Asia, Australia and New Zealand. From $15.99 to Canada and $19.99 everywhere else, depending on weight. Best for most orders, especially one or two items.
- UPS: the fast option. Tracked door to door, and usually arrives within a week. Priced live at checkout, and costs more. Worth it if you need it soon.
Both are tracked, and you'll get the tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times are counted from the day it ships, not the day you order.
South Korea: enter your Personal Customs Code at checkout. Customs needs it to release your package.
Duties, taxes and customs fees
The shipping price at checkout covers getting your order to you. It does not include anything your country charges on imports. You are responsible for those charges, including:
- Import duties and taxes (VAT, GST, or your country's equivalent)
- Customs clearance, brokerage or handling fees charged by the carrier or your postal service
We don't collect these at checkout, and we can't tell you the amount in advance: your country's customs sets it. They are usually paid on delivery or before the carrier releases the package. Customs can also hold a package for inspection, which can add time we can't control.
If you refuse a package or don't pay these charges, it comes back to us. Once it does, we'll refund the product price minus the 25% restocking fee in our refund policy. The original shipping and the cost of returning the package are not refundable.

Order Emails and Tracking Numbers
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming the details. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
After your order ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number and a link to check the tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may not appear in the system for up to 24 hours.
Incorrect / Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier marks it as “undeliverable” or “unable to forward,” the original shipping cost is non‑refundable.
Once the package is returned, you may choose either:
- To have the order reshipped to an updated address by paying a new shipping fee, or
- To receive a refund for the product price only (original shipping and any return postage fees will be deducted from the refund).
If you notice an address error right after ordering, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to correct it before shipment; after an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
Observed Holidays for Zodiac Holds
We observe the typical United States holidays (and we often extend) and do not ship on the following periods:
- New Year's Week
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Week
- Christmas Week
Production Downtime
We are a small business, so we try not to work weekends unless we are in very high demand. We also sometimes take long weekends during the climbing season. With that there might be delay in production times. These periods will be advertised and thanks for understanding.
