Time to Shipping

It typically takes us less than 10 days to produce and ship an order. We will display any production delays on the site.

Shipping Carrier

We use both UPS and USPS depending on the order, we do this to make sure we can get packages to you fast as we can. Orders over $60 get free shipping.

Order Emails and Tracking Numbers

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming the details. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

After your order ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number and a link to check the tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may not appear in the system for up to 24 hours.

Incorrect / Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier marks it as “undeliverable” or “unable to forward,” the original shipping cost is non‑refundable.

Once the package is returned, you may choose either:

• To have the order reshipped to an updated address by paying a new shipping fee, or

• To receive a refund for the product price only (original shipping and any return postage fees will be deducted from the refund).

If you notice an address error right after ordering, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to correct it before shipment; after an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.

Observed Holidays for Zodiac Holds

We observe the typical United States holidays (and we often extend) and do not ship on the following periods:

• New Year's Week
• Memorial Day 
• Independence Day
• Labor Day 
• Thanksgiving Week 
• Christmas Week 

Production Downtime

We are a small business, so we try not to work weekends unless we are in very high demand. We also sometimes take long weekends during the climbing season. With that there might be delay in production times. These periods will be advertised and thanks for understanding.
