Dual Edge Block - 28RXE
Dual Edge Block - 28RXE
Take the next step in your finger strength and finger health journey with this compact, FDP‑focused rolling edge. A completely different experience than traditional fixed edges, the smooth rolling surface minimizes skin drag while maximizing muscle activation. Designed to work across a wide range of hand sizes, it’s ready to use at the gym, at the crag, or at home.
- Universal fit: One tool for both hands with an extensible roller system.
- Efficient strength building: Targets the deep finger flexors within a controlled, strength‑focused protocol.
- Low‑friction design: Helps protect skin and tendons while keeping the emphasis on engagement.
- Controlled stimulus: Small‑edge grip training that stimulates and supports a half‑pad edge position.
Perfect for targeted FDP‑biased work and for exploring more advanced high‑angle crimp positions in a structured way. If you’ve heard climbers like Aidan Roberts, Hamish McArthur, or Daniel Woods discuss high‑angle crimping, this tool lets you practice similar grip positions with deliberate loading and progression.
Includes the platform grip base, one (1) straight 28mm roller, one (1) variable‑radius unlevel roller, and tools to interchange the grips.
Choice of installation configuration and cord color. Carabiner not included.

Perfect for targeted FDS training for stronger fingers, simplified. You have heard Aidan Roberts, Hamish McArthur and Daniel Woods talking about high angle crimping this will allow you to safely expose yourself to this grip type.
Note: Please be careful when introducing new methods of training stimulus to the fingers. Ease in slow to build capacity and learn the positions to reduce injury risks.

My initial impressions for this training tool. Its designed well, it feels robust and provides enough texture on the spindle to feel like you can engage your hand. My hand fits the spindle curve(shape) well and it creates more of an even pressure feeling rather than more pressure on my middle two fingers. I can wedge my skin in behind the rolling spindle but with more weight my grip still gives and it rolls. It's able to handle heavy weights for my max effort pulls and doesn't feel like it'll break. Overall it's a solid product and very innovative, I haven't seen or felt training tools similar to this design.
