Finger & wrist health

Ease into new stimulus

Rolling edges, hubs, inch pinches, and fat grips load tissue differently than a fixed wood edge. First week is about learning the position, not chasing a max.

RXE / small edgeExperienced small edge history. Build slow.
Pinch / thumbWarm the thumb. 5–10s holds. Long rest.
Wrist toolsStart light. Control the full range.
